Payment: Our standard payment is PayPal. If you prefer to pay by money order or personal check, please notify us. Products will not be shipped until payment is cleared.

International, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: Please email us your complete shipping address and we will provide you a shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes to your country, if any.

Warranty: All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Norton Pumps be liable for any labor, material, freight, or expense required to replace, correct, or reinstall the product. Norton Pump's liability is limited to repair or replace defective products at Norton Pump's choice.

All warranties are void if the product has been subject to negligence, misapplication, improper installation or maintenance. Norton Pumps shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages whatsoever.

Order Changes: No changes in orders will be accepted except by special written arrangement with Norton Pumps.

Product Returns: No returns without prior approval from Norton Pumps. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund with the following provisions: (a) Items must not be used or damaged in any way. (b) Refund is credited when items are received. (c) A 15% restocking fee will be charged if boxes opened and resealed. (d) Refund is amount less shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments: We try our best to package the pump safely. If you receive a shipment in damaged condition you should retain all packing material for carrier's examination, and notify our office immediately so we can file a claim.
